A leading global provider of industrial robotics and automation solutions is seeking an experienced Robotics Engineering Project Manager to lead complex robotics product development projects from concept through production.

Lead multiple robotics and engineering projects throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through production.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and deliverables.

Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, regulatory, and operations teams.

Track project progress, identify potential delays, and drive projects toward successful and timely completion.

Balance technical requirements, project risks, resources, schedules, and business objectives.

Serve as a central point of coordination among multidisciplinary engineering teams, including mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing functions.

Lead project meetings, design reviews, risk assessments, and project status discussions.

Identify and remove roadblocks affecting schedules, technical progress, or project quality.

Facilitate effective decision-making across technical and business stakeholders.

Negotiate and coordinate with customers and internal teams to align project goals, requirements, and timelines.

Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Prepare executive-level project reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Communicate project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements to leadership.

Present technical and project updates to customers and senior management as needed.

Lead component obsolescence and replacement projects.

Collaborate with customers to determine testing and validation requirements.

Coordinate testing and implementation activities with internal engineering teams.

Manage project schedules and follow up with customers regarding testing, approvals, and implementation status.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

5+ years of technical project management experience.

3+ years of experience managing robotics, automation, electromechanical, or complex hardware development projects.

Strong understanding of engineering product development processes involving both hardware and software.

Experience managing project schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and engineering change processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience in the semiconductor industry.

PMP certification.

Experience with robotics products, industrial automation systems, or complex electromechanical equipment.

Knowledge of engineering risk management methodologies, including FMEA.

Experience with ERP and PLM platforms such as SAP, Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile PLM, or similar systems.
