First Impression Orthodontics is looking for a warm, energetic Clinical Assistant to help us create beautiful smiles. You'll work chairside alongside our doctors and clinical team — preparing patients, assisting with procedures, taking records, and making every kid, teen, and adult feel at ease the moment they sit down. No orthodontic experience? That's okay. If you have a great attitude and love working with people, we will train you.
What you'll do
- Assist the doctor chairside during orthodontic procedures.
- Set up and break down treatment chairs; keep the clinical area clean and stocked.
- Take records and scans (with training); support sterilization protocols.
- Make patients and parents feel welcome, calm, and cared for.
- Learn our workflow and grow into expanded responsibilities over time.
What we're looking for
- A genuinely warm, people-first personality — especially with nervous patients.
- Reliability and ownership: you show up and you follow through.
- Coachability: you take feedback well and want to keep getting better.
- Comfort with a busy, hands-on, team environment.
- Nice to have (not required): dental/orthodontic assisting experience, radiography certification, BLS/CPR. We can help you get certified.
