About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of compensation for our workforce. By leveraging your expertise in HRIS systems and data management, you will drive operational efficiency and provide essential support to employees and management alike.
Responsibilities-
Execute end-to-end weekly payroll processing, including data validation, adjustment entries, and report generation to ensure precise compensation delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offsite departments to streamline payroll workflows and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Conduct thorough audits of payroll data and HR-entered information to maintain high standards of financial integrity and compliance.

Manage payroll-related inquiries, providing clear and professional guidance to staff and supervisors regarding pay policies.

Maintain organized documentation and digital records, utilizing document management systems to support efficient retrieval and audit readiness.

Qualifications-
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in payroll administration or general office operations.
