The Bair Foundation, a leading treatment foster care agency, is in search of candidates for a Program Director in our Las Cruces, NM office. We are looking for individuals with knowledge and passion for working with at-risk youth and families.

Essential Functions:
- Assuring resolutions of incidents, which include the development and monitoring of safety plans and completing documentation that mitigates high-risk behaviors.
- Supervising and supporting staff to assure that services are in accordance with the program description.
- Assuring the implementation of all applicable state regulations, contract requirements, COA requirements, and The Bair Foundation's policies and procedures for the office.
- Responsible for conducting evaluations of staff and make appropriate recommendations to report to the State Director.
- Development of program budgets to assure the office is operating without financial loss.
- Maintaining relationships with referral agencies regarding current clients. Relationship development includes regular visits and email/phone communication to referral sources.
- Responsible for ensuring program growth goals are met.
- Provides "on-call" support when necessary.
- Provides an environment that promotes respect for clients, their privacy, and confidentiality that follows HIPAA regulations.
- Ensures client safety through regular supervision of staff, documentation review, and direct observation of service provision.
- Masters in Social Work or a comparable Human Service field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience with children, adolescents, and families.
- 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- LMSW, LCSW - preferred but not required.
