What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility is to deliver safe, energetic, and professional classes while creating an environment members want to return to.
This includes:
- Arriving early to prepare for class
- Greeting members and learning their names
- Leading engaging and well-organized workouts
- Following the required class format, timing, transitions, and coaching standards
- Encouraging members throughout class
- Helping beginners feel comfortable
- Maintaining a clean and professional training area
- Answering basic member questions
- Supporting the sales and management team when needed
- Representing Flurry Fitness in a positive and professional way
Our Class Structure Is Not Optional
Flurry Fitness follows a very specific class structure designed to create consistency, safety, and a high-quality member experience across every class.
Instructors are expected to learn the structure, follow it exactly, and accept coaching when corrections are needed.
This is not a position for someone who wants to ignore the program and teach class however they feel that day.
Creativity and personality are welcome, but the structure, timing, standards, and expectations must be followed.
Who Will Succeed Here
You will succeed in this role if you genuinely enjoy helping people, take pride in your work, and understand that attitude matters.
You will not succeed if you regularly arrive late, bring negative energy, ignore members, resist coaching, or refuse to follow the required class structure.
We can help you improve your coaching skills.
We cannot teach you to care, show up on time, or follow directions.
