Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Financial Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial services to clients, helping them navigate their financial options and achieve their goals. You will leverage your sales skills to build relationships, generate leads, and effectively present our products and services. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a strong aptitude for sales. There is strong training and mentorship to learn financial planning along the way.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our financial solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively.
- Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and expand the customer base.
- Meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Manage accounts by providing ongoing support and addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to better serve clients.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales is preferred.
- Strong skills in account management, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and collaboration sales techniques.
- Experience in sales management or training others in sales processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial products and services is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful upselling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
