Mountaineers School of Autism is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one and small group ABA therapy.
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
- Collect accurate session data.
- Support students with communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and families.
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (or eligible if applicable)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential
