We are seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about our spa services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Communicate and coordinate with team members to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including maintaining the reception area and assisting with laundry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary facility by performing routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, and other general housekeeping duties as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn scheduling software.
- Knowledge of dog breeds is a plus, but not required.
