Montessori by the Sea is a nurturing, ocean-side bilingual Montessori school dedicated to authentic Montessori education. We are currently seeking AMI/AMS-trained Montessori Guides to join our Infant and Toddler programs.

What We’re Looking For
- AMI or AMS Montessori certification (or in progress) REQUIRED
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (strongly preferred)
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
- Ability to thoughtfully apply Montessori principles in the classroom
- A collaborative, positive attitude
