As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing particular kitchen operations, ensuring that our food offerings meet the highest standards of taste and presentation while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Assisting the kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork.
- Following menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Implement food handling procedures that comply with health regulations and safety standards.
- Manage inventory control and minimizing waste.
- Trained cooking techniques, food safety practices, and proper equipment usage.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Execute events, coordinating with managers to meet client expectations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food management principles, including inventory control and food safety regulations.
- Experience in kitchen management with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and the ability to create memorable dining experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in an extremely fast-paced environment.
