Drill Dental is a fast growing implant and cosmetic practice known for robotic guided implant surgery and full arch rehabilitation. Our Boca Raton office needs a Treatment Coordinator/Manager who thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment.
The role
- Present and close treatment plans — primarily implants and full arch, plus general and cosmetic dentistry
- Guide patients through financing and case acceptance
- Deliver exceptional, hands-on patient service
- Support daily operations with a lean team
Requirements
- 5+ years selling implant treatment plans (full arch strongly preferred)
- Prepared to work twice as hard as the average treatment coordinator — we hire high achievers only
- Highly organized, handles high volume without dropping details
- Full commitment to the fixed schedule; consistent, reliable attendance
- Lives within 20 miles of Boca Raton
Schedule and compensation
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (fixed)
- $30/hour plus performance bonus up to $50K/year — total earning potential $110K+
- Current Treatment Coordinator stays on to train you
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
