CFA is looking for two passionate Early Childhood Teachers to join our dynamic team of educators at our Early Childhood Development Center in Groton. We currently have one opening in our Infant program and one opening in our Toddler program. These positions are Monday-Friday, no weekends! Employees are also offered a 10% discount on childcare if their child is enrolled at one of our centers! This is a great opportunity to work with a highly skilled teaching team and support the development of young minds!
Due to our funding, this position requires qualified candidates to have an Infant/Toddler CDA, an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education , Human Development or related field with a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education credits and at least one year or childcare experience.

Salary range is: $18-20/hour, depending on experience and educational qualifications. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred with significant pay differential of an additional $2.88/hour offered for candidates who pass our bilingual exam!
