Montemotors LLC is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Finance Manager to join our family-owned dealership. We’re not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day—we’re looking for a TEAM PLAYER who can help move inventory, build relationships, and close deals from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Handle the entire finance process from application to funding.
- Work directly with customers to explain financing options and secure the best approvals possible.
- Structure profitable deals while maintaining complete compliance.
- Present and sell warranties, GAP, service contracts, and other F&I products.
- Build strong relationships with banks and lenders.
- Ensure every deal is funded accurately and efficiently.
- Work alongside the sales team to close deals from the front end to the back end.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
*MUST have previous Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience OR proven automotive sales experience.
*MUST have hands-on experience using DealerCenter and DealerTrack.
* Must know how to:
- Work a deal from beginning to end.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
- Read credit, structure finance deals, and negotiate with lenders.
- Overcome objections and close deals.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal lending regulations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
