At A Place At Home – North Raleigh, we believe seniors should be able to age in place with dignity and support. We’re looking for highly qualified professionals who are compassionate, dependable, and especially experienced in supporting clients living with dementia/memory loss or other medical conditions.
What We Offer to Caregiver:
- Pay: $17.50-$18.50/hr
- Flexible scheduling (PRN, with potential for part-time, or full-time opportunities)

What You’ll Do as Caregiver:
- Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility
- Prepare meals, offer companionship, and provide emotional support
- Support clients using patience, respect, and communication techniques tailored to memory care or other medical conditions
- Remind about medications and monitor changes in condition
- Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
- Report updates to the supervising RN
Requirements for Caregiver:
- Current NC CNA certification (required)
- Experience with dementia care (preferred)
- At least 1 year of CNA or direct care experience (home care, hospital, or facility)
- Current negative TB test & Communicable Disease form
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
