As a Commercial Cleaning Associate, you will play an important role in helping our clients maintain professional environments while being part of a team that values quality, dependability, and teamwork.
Your day may include:
Cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting assigned spaces
Maintaining clean and presentable floors throughout the facility
Emptying trash and recycling containers and replacing liners
Restocking paper products, soap, and other necessary supplies
Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces
Responding to spills and additional cleaning needs as they arise
Following company safety procedures and client requirements
Completing assigned tasks thoroughly and efficiently
Reporting maintenance concerns or supply needs to your supervisor
Communicating professionally with team members and management
You may be a great fit for our team if you are:
At least 18 years of age
Dependable and committed to showing up for your scheduled shifts
Able to provide reliable transportation
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented and proud of the quality of your work
Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
Willing to learn and follow established procedures
Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful, but it is not required!
