Clermont Care Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Technician with a valid FL license!
DUTIES
- Assist pharmacist in dispensing medications and providing patient care
- Prepare and package medications for distribution
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Enter prescription information into computer systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures
- Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines in the pharmacy profession
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practice is a plus
-Experience with PrimeRx software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and recordkeeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
EDUCATION
-Pharmacy Technician license (registered and/or certified) required
