Now Hiring: Business Development Representative
Division 7 Roofing is looking for a Business Development Representative to be the face of our company in the community. Your mission? Generate new business opportunities by building relationships and scheduling qualified meetings for our Sales Director to close.
You won't be expected to close the sale—that's where our Sales Director takes over. Your job is to fill the pipeline with quality opportunities.

What You'll Do
· Prospect businesses throughout Central Ohio
· Introduce Division 7 Roofing to property managers, facility managers, business owners, and commercial property decision-makers
· Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Director
· Follow up with leads and maintain relationships
· Spend your days out in the field networking, visiting businesses, and attending community events
· Keep notes and activities organized within our CRM
· Consistently meet appointment-setting and prospecting goals
· Work closely with our Sales Director to build strategies for winning new business

You don't necessarily need roofing experience—we can teach that.

- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Is organized and self-motivated
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Sales, customer service, business development, marketing, or networking experience is a plus—but attitude and ambition matter even more.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
