- Toddler Teacher – Full or Part Time
Here We Grow is looking for caring, energetic Toddler Teachers to join our close‑knit early childhood team! Full-time and part-time positions are available.

What You’ll Do
- Share caregiving responsibilities with supportive co-teachers
- Plan and carry out daily and weekly activities that support infant and toddler milestones
- Create and maintain child portfolios with observations, photos, and assessments
- Work as a team while following center policies and Wisconsin Child Care Licensing requirements

Qualifications
- Age 18 or older
- Required: Completed or willing to complete WI foundational early childhood courses
- Preferred: ECE credential, AA/BA, or related degree
- Preferred: Experience with infants/toddlers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably at a child’s level
