Job Overview
The General Labor role is a multifaceted skilled trades position responsible for supporting multiple departments. Duties include cleaning, inspecting, equipment maintenance, mechanical repairs, welding, and non-CDL driving. Employees will progress through structured levels with increasing autonomy, technical complexity, and leadership responsibility.
Job Type & Schedule
- Full-time, hourly • Core hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with overtime, weekend, and emergency call-ins as needed • Work performed in both shop and field environments

Key Responsibilities
General Labor I Entry-level, focuses on cleaning, inspections, preventive maintenance, and assisting in shop/yard organization
- Clean and inspect tanks, containers, and rental equipment • Perform basic preventive maintenance procedures • Assist with staging, deliveries, and shop/yard organization • Follow all SOPs and safety policies (confined space, PPE, hazard reporting) • Document completed work using company tablet/work order system
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
