What You'll Do:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and FBAs
- Build and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Track client progress and update plans accordingly
- Partner with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver telehealth sessions and remote supervision
- Keep clean, timely clinical documentation
What You Need:
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Missouri license (multi-state licensure a plus — may unlock additional opportunities)
- Experience delivering ABA services and supervising RBTs
- Strong communication and independent work skills
