Job Title: Electrician
Location: On-site, Lawrence, NJ
Compensation: $30.00/hr

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Electrician to perform the installation, inspection, repair, servicing, and maintenance of electrical equipment, appliances, machinery, and circuits across campus facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience working with commercial electrical systems, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, appliances, machinery, and circuits.
- Install and maintain electrical systems for campus buildings and grounds.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform timely repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of electrical experience.
- Valid Electrician license and/or completion of an accredited electrician certification program.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to meet and maintain the physical requirements of the position.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
