Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. If you do not have experience with horses, your application will be rejected.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the ranch operations, ensuring the well-being of horses, and supporting various agricultural activities. This position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a passion for working outdoors.
Flexible on days, but looking for a consistent schedule.
Morning shifts at 7-12. Afternoon shifts are 3/4pm-6(dependent on weather)
Duties
- Perform daily animal care tasks including feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of horses
- bring in horses and feed.
- Turnout horses
- Cleaning stalls and blanekting as needed
Skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various tasks on the ranch.
- Strong skills in animal care with an understanding of horses needs and behaviors.
- A self starter
- Able to communicate with management
This Ranch Hand position is ideal for individuals who are self-starters, follow directions and know and can care for horses
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
