We are an Independent Service Provider (ISP) contracted with FedEx and are currently hiring dependable, safety-minded Delivery Drivers.
Job Duties
- Report to the warehouse and load your assigned delivery vehicle.
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
- Deliver packages to customers' front doors in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, which will be explained during orientation.
- Paid training is provided, including classroom orientation and on-the-job training.
Schedule
We currently have openings for the following shifts:
Sunday – Wednesday (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Wednesday – Saturday (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Work Hours
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Scheduled shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay
- If you complete your route early, you will still be paid for your full 8-hour shift, plus any overtime hours worked.
- During training, employees will be scheduled for 8-hour shifts.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least one year.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a DOT non-CDL physical, drug test, and background check.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver packages weighing 0.5 lbs. to 150 lbs. using a dolly when necessary. Packages weighing 150 lbs. are rare.
- Must be able to complete 120–150 delivery stops per day.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
