Overview
We are a growing residential renovation company looking for an experienced, well-rounded remodeler. This role requires hands-on experience in home remodeling, including minor plumbing and electrical work. We are looking for someone reliable, skilled, and professional who can work independently or as part of a small crew. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently within project timelines.
Duties
- Execute complete residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, general repairs)
- Install cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim carpentry components with precision.
- Perform plumbing task (faucets, sinks, toilets, P-Traps, vanity installs)
- Perform electrical tasks (outlets, switches, fixtures, lights)
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete various construction tasks.
- Conduct construction inspection to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project.
- Apply caulking, drywall repairs, texture, and other finishing techniques to enhance aesthetic appeal and durability.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and maintains a clean work environment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate clearly with project leads and homeowners
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
- Extensive experience with construction management and estimating processes.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Strong background in carpentry—including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, door hanging—and flooring installation.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring, masonry, concrete finishing, and tile laying.
- Experience with construction site management and inspection procedures.
- Ability to perform restoration work and hardscape installation effectively.
