What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding service experience while helping our technicians stay productive.
Your responsibilities include:
Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues

Build estimates and recommend necessary repairs

Present repair recommendations with confidence and integrity

Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow

Communicate repair status and timelines throughout the repair process

Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair planning

Order parts when necessary

Close repair orders and collect payment

Follow up with customers after repairs

Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business

Maintain accurate records using our shop management software

Help the team achieve weekly and monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For
Automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred

Strong sales and communication skills

Friendly, positive attitude

Excellent organization and multitasking abilities

Comfortable using computers and shop management software

Ability to explain automotive repairs in customer-friendly language

Team player with a strong work ethic

Professional appearance

Valid driver's license
