We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing tools such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead procurement negotiations and manage supplier relationships to secure favorable terms while ensuring quality and reliability.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation planning, inventory control, and warehouse management, employing logistics inventory management techniques.
- Utilize business intelligence tools like Tableau and SQL for demand forecasting analysis, inventory demand planning, and supply chain analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean management principles such as Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and sales to synchronize supply chain activities effectively.
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply disruptions or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong understanding of supply chain planning, logistics, and inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms; experience with MRP systems is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis skills using tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence software for quantitative analysis and data visualization.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean management practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field; advanced certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are a plus.
