Job Skills
The Director of First Impressions (DFI) is the first point of contact with prospective clients and their families. Essential functions include converting incoming phone calls and web leads into appointments for cognitive skills assessments and providing a positive atmosphere for all clients and potential clients by taking ownership of the center, client relationships, and hospitality. In addition, the DFI is responsible for clerical tasks, assessing new students, organizing assigned projects (special events), and cleaning.
Requirements
Minimum BA/BS degree; empathy, knowledge, and passion for addressing learning challenges with children and adults; effective organizational skills; experience with sales, written and oral communication skills; welcoming interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer service; strong work ethic; proficiency with MS Office.
Flexible schedule required: work 12-20 hours per week, primarily during peak hours 2pm-6pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays 9am-1pm.
