Supporting production needs, this Maintenance Technician position addresses the servicing of all equipment. Generally, this involves operating common tooling, performing preventive maintenance and documenting repairs, including following pneumatics, hydraulic electrical systems at an advanced level.

- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: 3+ years Maintenance
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced mechanical and/or electrical skills and tooling.
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Advanced knowledge of equipment for example: boilers, welders, extrusion, machine shop, controls etc.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Basic problem solving skills.
- Basic MS Office 365.
- Basic knowledge in OSHA10, NFPA70, LOTO, Aerial Lift, RCRA (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge in computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) for example: Cogz, SAP PM (Preferred)
- PLC skills (Preferred)

The Environment

We are a 24/7 Facility and have many different shifts. Here are the hours associated with Blow Mold Schedule (2/2/3 rotating 12 hours - this means 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then it will switch). This position is expected to work every other weekend based on schedule:
The job is within a climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery with comprehensive training provided.
