Compensation: $40,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (Top performers who successfully improve operational performance, team development, customer satisfaction, and profitability can earn total compensation of $50,000-$70,000+.)

What You'll Be Responsible For
As Operations Manager Trainee, you'll work directly with ownership to help lead and grow the business. Your primary focus will be developing team members, improving operational efficiency, providing and ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and helping build the systems needed to support continued growth. You'll spend time both in the office and in the field—coaching employees, solving problems, optimizing operations, and identifying opportunities to improve performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, creating structure, and making a meaningful impact on a growing company. Success in this position demands a hands-on approach and the flexibility to actively assist our teams in the field as circumstances require.
QualificationsRequired
- Leadership experience through work, sports, military service, or other team environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems and take initiative
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
- Valid driver's license with a driving record
Preferred
- Operations leadership experience
- Home service, logistics, moving, junk removal, construction, or related industry experience
- Experience managing KPIs and operational performance
- Customer service and sales experience
