Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Location: Salina, KS Schedule: 36+ hrs./week
- Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm (Subject to Change) (On Call every other weekend)
We’re a senior living community seeking a friendly, skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys working around seniors and can multitask, handle a variety of repairs and upkeep tasks.
Responsibilities
- Sheetrock repair, painting, and general maintenance
- Basic plumbing (toilets, water stops, faucets)
- Troubleshoot electrical and HVAC issues
- Assist with furniture assembly and moving
- Oversee yard care: mowing, calculating fertilizing, flowerbed maintenance, and irrigation systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years maintenance experience
- Strong skills in repairs, painting, plumbing, and troubleshooting
- Comfortable interacting with seniors
- Able to lift/move furniture and work independently
- Flexible part-time schedule
