Job Title: Janitorial Lead

Schedule: Hours will vary, depending on janitorial contract needs

Qualifications:
- Must Drive
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate to complete nightly service and contract specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of SDS books and proper chemical labeling.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift equipment as needed.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
- Experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and ADA.
- Willingness to attend training sessions and participate in team meetings.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks promptly and efficiently, ensuring high industry standards.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or problems that arise.
- Maintain janitorial closets in a neat, organized, and safe condition, including proper chemical labeling.
- Follow and complete janitorial assignments and checklists for each contract.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and routine quality assurance inspections.
- Monitor supplies and equipment to ensure proper usage and maintenance.
- Fill in for other janitorial staff as needed to ensure coverage and service continuity.
- Assist with training and supporting team members in proper cleaning techniques.
- Ensure site security by locking doors and disarming/arming alarms correctly.
- Complete monthly quality assurance reports and daily spot inspections.
- Support management in minimizing overtime and temporary labor needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members via log entries and direct contact.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the team and facility operations.
