Now Hiring: Personal Assistant to the Director of Litigation, Human Resources and Case Manager Director
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to our Director of Litigation and Case Manager Director.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and can manage competing priorities with professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent follow-through. The Personal Assistant will help keep organization of the two directors tasks, calendar, communications, and any other administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, deadlines, reminders, and follow-up tasks for the Director of Litigation.
- Assist with daily administrative support, including emails, phone calls, scheduling, document organization, and task tracking.
- Help monitor litigation and case management workflows to ensure deadlines and priorities are completed on time.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential legal and administrative documents.
- Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, notes, summaries, and follow-up items.
- Support case-related projects, reports, status updates, and internal team coordination.
- Maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential client, employee, and firm information.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative, legal assistant, case management, or law firm experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and general office technology.
- Experience with legal case management software is a plus.
- Must be dependable, discreet, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bilingual.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
