Overview
We are a growing operation that includes a Diesel Mechanic Shop, Welding & Fabrication Shop, and Tire Service Center. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and shop support functions while ensuring efficiency, organization, and safety across all departments.
Duties
- Manage daily warehouse and inventory operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for diesel parts, tires, welding materials, tools, and shop supplies.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute incoming shipments.
- Coordinate with mechanics, welders, fabricators, and tire technicians to ensure parts and materials are available when needed.
- Track inventory usage and place orders to maintain stock levels.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and assist with scheduling and workflow.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in an industrial, mechanical, automotive, diesel, fabrication, or tire service environment.
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
- Experience with warehouse software and inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial shop environment.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
Requirements
- Must have verifiable warehouse management experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to participate in an in-person interview in Salisbury, NC.
- Ability to work a 50-hour work week.
