We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and drive sales
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- Proficiency in retail math concepts is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for customer interactions
- Previous experience in sales, cash handling, or product demonstration is beneficial
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
