Position Overview
As a Mobile Detailing Technician, you will travel to customer locations and perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing services. This role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards with every vehicle.
No professional detailing experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing services
- Vacuum, shampoo, clean, and protect interior surfaces
- Wash, decontaminate, and dry vehicle exteriors
- Clean windows, wheels, tires, door jambs, and trim
- Operate detailing equipment safely and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company equipment and supplies
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Complete assigned jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Take before and after photos when required
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work outdoors
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous detailing, automotive, cleaning, landscaping, or service industry experience
- Experience working directly with customers
- Knowledge of vehicle care products and equipment
