Thompson Sales Company is looking for a full-time Service Porter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, likes staying busy, and wants to be part of a dealership with a strong team culture.
No automotive or dealership experience is required. We'll provide the training—you just need a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive
- Move vehicles throughout the dealership safely and efficiently
- Assist with vehicle check-in and tracking
- Retrieve customer vehicles after service is completed
- Operate the automatic car wash
- Help keep the service drive clean, organized, and professional
- Communicate with team members using radios and dealership software
- Support the service department wherever needed
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
