Noor-Ul-Iman School is seeking a highly qualified instructor who can teach High School Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, or Introduction to Statistics. A bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience in the appropriate field are required. Teaching Certification and or Master’s Degree a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Teaching standard-based instruction with proficiency
- Integrate Islamic teachings, morals, and values into lesson plans and instruction.
- Knowledge of best practices and implementation of differentiated instructional strategies
- Fostering continued growth of established school culture
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Enforce all administration policies and rules governing students
- Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students'
- Demonstrate high level of knowledge and skill in subject area
- Organizes and effectively communicates class/course objectives, standards, and requirements for successful achievement, e.g., syllabi, tests, specific tasks.
- Provides guidance and assistance to students as needed in order to ensure appropriate assimilation of the course content in an effort to support student success and achievement.
- Employs a variety of methodologies in teaching and instructing students, including demonstrations, Math manipulative materials, discussions, and class practice
