# Lead Press Operator / 2nd Press Operator
**Midway Press Ltd.** is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Lead Press Operator / 2nd Press Operator** to join our production team on the night shift. This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality printed products while maintaining efficiency, color accuracy, and press performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Full-time position with overtime opportunities

## Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor web offset printing presses to produce high-quality print products
- Set up and adjust press equipment, including color settings, layout alignment, and machine parameters
- Maintain color consistency and print quality throughout production runs
- Troubleshoot press and registration issues related to color fidelity and mechanical performance
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment checks
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
- Work closely with production and support teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations
## Qualifications
- Previous experience operating large-format web offset printing presses preferred
- Experience with GOSS Community or similar press equipment preferred
- Strong understanding of print quality control and color management
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience or the ability to assist/train team members is a plus
