Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee leadership and execution
Maintain knowledge of proper policies and procedures
Set the example for excellence in customer service, food preparation and safety
Work with other Directors to assure seamless execution of requirements
Brainstorm and communicate any process improvement ideas to Director of Operations and Operator
Diffuse any disagreements amongst employees and unify employees to work as a high-performance team
Must handle money
Work in operations when needed
Occasionally make a recap of the day/night for all leaders/directors
Supervise and assist in all daily operational positions such as: making waffle fries, bagging food, taking orders, making sandwiches, making drinks, making shakes, etc.
Be able to lift 50lbs
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience and knowledge in restaurant leadership
High energy
Proven leadership skills in regard to ability to manage a high-performance team
Problem-solving mindset
Responsible, accountable, and organized
Ability to communicate and collaborate with fellow Directors and Operator to fulfill business needs
