C.A.M. Associates Inc is a family owned and operated independent insurance agency located in Glen Cove, NY. We are looking to hire a customer service representative in an expanding agency to help support and manage current and new customers.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with policy information, process endorsements, handle paperwork
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records in a computerized and paper system
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to provide a positive customer experience
Experience
-Insurance Industry experience beneficial
- Proficiency in English is required; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
