Hunting Hawk Golf Club is seeking a new member for our team. The Golf Equipment Operator serves as the subject matter expert on the utilization, maintenance, and operation of all equipment including heavy equipment (backhoes, excavators, tractors, sprayers etc.) on the Golf Course.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Operate and assist with training involving tractors, mowers, saws, and sprayers as instructed.
- Serve as the subject matter expert of equipment utilization and maintenance including training others on utilization and routine equipment operations.
- Operate all equipment pertaining to course conditioning and maintaining greens, fairways, tees, rough areas, and bunkers.
- Assist in directing and training of Equipment Maintenance team as needed.
- Replace and repair irrigation problems as they arise and as directed. All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in equipment operations and irrigation repair field.
- Demonstrated expertise of mechanical understanding in heavy equipment, including hydraulics and welding
- Knowledge of routine repair schedules for all golf course equipment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a deadline driven and fast paced environment with multiple priorities
- Demonstrated expertise in all areas of irrigation and related subject matter.

The compensation range for Golf Equipment Operator is $24.00-$30.03/hr based on experience and certifications. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt’s benefits to include, health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K.
