Core Duties - Frontier Customer Team Member:
- Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers, educating them on the benefits of our high-speed internet and bundled services.
- Engage with the community in a direct, customer-facing capacity to generate interest and secure new enrollments for our top-tier Frontier products.
- Present clear, compelling information about our service packages, helping customers make informed decisions that meet their connectivity needs.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through a variety of outreach methods, ensuring a steady flow of new business.
- Assist customers through the entire enrollment process, from initial query to contract completion, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
- Work collaboratively with Frontier Customer Service Associate team members to achieve collective enrollment goals and contribute to a high-energy, results-oriented environment.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales progress in our tracking systems.

- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
