Can Cleaning Technician (Customer-Focused)
Hours: 20-40 hours per week Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM (hours vary by route size)
Overview
Clean and sanitize trash bins while following behind sales reps. This role combines service work with customer interaction—talking to homeowners, answering questions, and asking happy customers for reviews.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service trash/recycling bins
- Follow routes behind sales reps
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional way
- Ask satisfied customers for reviews
- Operate and maintain equipment and truck
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills (must be comfortable talking to people)
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work outdoors
Bonus
- Customer service or sales experience
- Performance bonuses for reviews collected
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
