The Lee Youth Association is looking for staff for the After School Program that we
will be running at Farmington River Regional School District for the school year
2026-2027. The program will run five days a week from immediately after school
until 5:30 at FRRSD. This program will be run by the Lee Youth Association and
licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.
Job Summary
The Group Leader will work under the direct supervision of the Site
Coordinator and assist children with all activities. The support staff must be a
minimum of 16 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent or be
currently enrolled in a high school program or equivalent OR be 18 years of age. Pass a
EEC background check, prior to working complete the 13 hours of EEC Essential trainings
and CPR/First Aid.
Although the program will run five days a week, the support staff can work 2-5
days a week, alternating days with other support staff.
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
