What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
- Perform roof inspections.
- Safely climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process.
- Build relationships and earn trust.
- Manage opportunities from the first conversation through project completion.
- Earn uncapped commissions based on your performance.
This is an outside sales position. You'll spend your days meeting homeowners face-to-face, creating opportunities, and building your own success—not sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to safely climb ladders and inspect residential roofs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication skills
Previous outside sales experience is a plus, but it isn't required.
