Cardiovascular/Interventional Medical Device, Territory Sales Representative Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine
Seeking an organized, competitive self starter, ideally someone with either a strong sales background, or clinical experience such as nursing (nurses have done incredibly well here).
The employee will travel around hospitals, and surgical centers in the Territory, working with Surgeons, Physicians, Nurses, Procurement, administration etc... to develop relationships and provide unparalleled service for a handful of industry-leading devices. Some of this includes the exciting opportunity to introduce first-in-class devices for cutting-edge technologies improving surgical outcomes and providing products that support industry growth-trends.
We have a strong presence in Vascular Surgery, Robotics, Interventional Procedures and a few other focuses as well.
The rep will have to schedule their time effectively, including travel through the territory to make the most of their opportunities, as well as be flexible to accounts needs. Our goal is to provide proper training to instill the habits that create a successful sales representative and team member. Travel to conferences or training throughout the US is required roughly quarterly.
Responsibilities and Duties
The rep will attend surgeries, and schedule meetings with nurses, surgeons, surgical staff, hospital executives and communicate when help is requested. A senior member of our team can always be available to attend important meetings and surgeries, our goal is to help you succeed, to train you to become an expert in the field.
Regarding the clinical work, training and support will be provided so that the representative is properly prepared to support surgical procedures, and while they are training, senior members will attend procedures with the representative.

We are looking for a well organized-self starter, who is excited and infatuated to work in the medical device field, candidate should possess either clinical experience or a strong sales background. Year one pay can be negotiated based upon experience.
This territory has the potential to grow uncapped, and an individual who dedicates the time and effort to succeeding here will do very well for themselves. There is admittedly travel in the territory, we are seeking someone comfortable with "wind shield time", and the occassional overnight, (1-2 a month on average).
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must have a college degree
- Candidate must be highly organized and possess excellent time management skills.
- Candidate must live within the territory served.
