We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in our establishment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with banquet services and catering events when required, showcasing versatility in various settings.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with food service operations, including cashiering and retail math skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
