Job Description: We are looking for a committed sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in Pet Supplement Sales. You will be responsible for expanding our brand nationally and internationally, managing a client database, proactively setting appointments, and maintaining consistent email communication. You’ll help us build long-term partnerships and represent us at global trade shows.
Expectations & Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, Retailers, Veterinarians, Pet store chains, and online marketplaces.
* Generate new national and international business opportunities for the brand.
* Follow up with leads consistently and professionally through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
* Maintain and organize CRM/client databases with accurate notes, contact information, and sales activity.
* Schedule and attend meetings with distributors, buyers, and strategic partners.
* Develop long-term partnerships, not just short-term sales.
* Travel for trade shows, networking events, distributor meetings, and industry expos when needed.
* Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company growth goals.
* Understand current pet supplement trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
* Provide weekly updates on sales progress, pipeline growth, and partnership development.
* Be proactive in finding new retail opportunities including Amazon, Chewy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and independent pet retailers.
* Represent the company professionally on calls, emails, video meetings, and in-person events.
* Assist in developing international distribution channels and wholesale accounts.
* Have strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment focused on rapid growth.
* Must be solution-oriented and capable of helping scale operations globally.
* Ability to collaborate with virtual assistants, marketing teams, and leadership to execute projects efficiently.
* Experience working with pet supplement brands, manufacturing relationships, or distribution networks is highly preferred.
* Must understand the importance of branding, customer experience, and long-term customer retention.

Compensation:
$74,000 to $ 124,000 base plus Commission
Pay: $74,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
