Technical Sales Representative-GlassWindow Equipment
Location: Cleveland (required)
Travel: 60-70% across North America

The Role:
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Technical Sales Representative based in the Cleveland area to support and expand our presence across North America.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, technical sales environment and is comfortable selling capital equipment with longer sales cycles. You will be expected to operate independently while working closely with senior team members and engineering to develop solutions and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with glass and window manufacturers
- Identify, Qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiation, and closing
- Present Technical Solutions tailored to customer production needs
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
- Travel extensively ( 60-70%) to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales
- Demonstrated track record of achievement, competitiveness, or performance
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn automated systems
- Excellent communication skill and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel 60-70% across North America
- Must be based in or near the Cleveland area
- Proximity to a major airport preferred
Preferred:
- Experience with Capital equipment, automation or machinery
- Exposure to the glass, window/door, or manufacturing industries
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Strong earning potential (six figures + for top performers)
