CREW FOREMAN – Job responsibilities include locating property pins, laying out fence job according to sales contract, installing the fence effectively, managing your laborers appropriately on the job, ensuring customer is happy with fence installation prior to leaving the job site.
- Minimum 2-3 years of fence installation experience
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Must have a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly with the customer and sales team
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining a crew truck and all of the tools and equipment associated with that truck
- The Foreman is the leader of a work crew and is responsible for leading a team of 1-2 men daily to erect fences
- Must be an independent thinker and able to problem solve.
